Her passion is creating and executing strategic client initiatives from planning and organization through implementation across a variety of dynamic business environments. Tina’s expertise spans all aspects of Facilities Management with a strong focus on hard and soft services including food services and hospitality, document management, office and site services. She is also very versed in many types of small businesses specializing in the construction industry. Over the past 10 years, she has generated more than $8.0 million in cost savings for her clients, which include many Fortune 100 and 500 client companies. Tina has a reputation for deploying a service excellence culture and creating and executing client cost reduction opportunities through detailed planning, organization, and team collaboration within fast pace, profit driven deadline environments. In addition to these programs, she has concurrently managed over 900 commercial real estate facilities for her clients, focusing on:
